Simply pay your rent online using your major credit card. It's fast, easy, secure and no postage is required. There is no charge for this service.
Grand Avenue Self Storage strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically, our rental agrements are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term, pre-pay rental agreements.
We also offer AutoPay. We can automatically charge your Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express® each month. Or you can pay online in the "Pay My Bill" section here at ramonaselfstorage.com. Take advantage of the convenience offered by the pay your bill online feature anytime of the day or night.

Instructions to Register for Online Bill Pay:

Visit our ‘Pay My Bill’ website.

Click the ‘Create Account’ button.

The registration code should be prefilled and displayed as 51648.

Enter your Unit Number* & Gate Code. If you have multiple units, you only need to enter one unit number to update all units.

Click the ‘Verify’ button.

Enter your email address & password.

Click the ‘Create Account’ button.
That’s it! You’re all set to pay your bill online.
*Please note: if your unit number has a zero between the letter and the number, please be sure to include the 0. For example, unit number F032.
